What happened

Alexander Valley will launch a fall 2026 pilot using Eureka Math Unit 1 in grades 2 and 5 before deciding whether to adopt it more broadly.

Why it matters to families

Second- and fifth-grade students will use different math materials during the pilot, and their classroom experience and learning data will inform a possible districtwide curriculum change.
