New high school construction contract reaches $64.9 million

Facilities
Former late 19th Century church, now home to a pre school, was recently stripped of its original front facade and diamond-pane windows in favor of blank front addition clad in board-and-batten “farmhouse”-style siding. The only remnant of the former Queen Anne and Carpenter Gothic-style structure is the tower, which is partially clad in asbestos shingle, but features bracketed eaves, a side gable roof, and decorative wooden trim.
