What happened
At its June 1, 2026 meeting the board approved Dr. Nicole Lefferts as principal of Mulligan Elementary and Jasmin Dengeles as principal of Alfano Elementary. Brett MacMonigle moves from Mulvey to Reed Middle School, and Tim Lynam moves from Mulligan to Mulvey. New assistant principals were named at Alfano and Reed.
Why it matters to families
A principal runs daily life at a school. Four of eight schools get a new principal this fall, so families will see new leaders.
