Interim superintendent hired and search firm options discussed
What happened
On June 18, 2026 the board signed a contract with Dr. Rob Stein as interim superintendent (a 140-day retiree arrangement), and amended it August 20. At its August 21 retreat the board reviewed options for hiring a search firm for a permanent superintendent, and held a retreat discussion on the search on October 23.
