Board updates special-education procedures and adopts curriculum tools
What happened
On June 18, the board approved revisions to special-education procedures to reflect recent legislation, Marshall County 504 procedures, the FY2026–27 code of conduct, and a list of updated policies and procedures. It also approved curriculum/tool decisions including CharacterStrong, Edmentum, MajorClarity, a universal number-sense screener, IXL, Amplify/Desmos HQIR math curriculum and training, and Otus.
