District news
Crystal Fox named next principal of Shaker High School
What happened
The district announced that Crystal Fox, a district administrator since 2009, becomes Shaker High School principal on August 12, 2026, replacing Marcus Puccioni. Her appointment was scheduled for board approval at a special meeting on August 10.
Why it matters to families
The principal runs daily life at the district's largest school (about 2,170 students) during a major construction project. A new LaFollette Hall principal, Nicky Bogert, was announced October 1 and starts November 2.
The evidence
The district's announcement gives the start date, the previous principal and the board meeting date. The board vote result itself is not in the collected records.
