Ouray PK-8 principal resigns; one-year interim hired
What happened
The PK-8 principal reported on June 22, 2026 that he resigned effective July 1. On July 27 the board approved a one-year contract for an interim principal, Michael Flaim. The superintendent plans a wider search for a permanent principal starting in February 2027.
