What happened
The board appointed Taran Delaney as assistant principal of Pleasantville High School, replacing retiring assistant principal Greg Fondi.
Why it matters to families
The appointment changes a senior school leader responsible for students and daily school operations.
The evidence
The April 7 recording introduces Delaney around 93:25 and records the appointment motion and voice approval around 95:13–95:35. The appointment is a replacement, not evidence of an additional assistant-principal position.
