What happened
On June 9, 2026, on the auditors' advice, trustees approved the annual resolution allowing the district to buy from Northern Border, which supplies the school's milk and lunch food and is a trustee's business. Chairman Tim Tande abstained. In September 2026 Leif Handran abstained on a Nemont phone contract.
