Board adopts 2026-27 budget of $37.1 million
What happened
On June 23 the board adopted the 2026-27 budget, appropriating $37,142,284 across all funds, including $22.9 million in the general fund. It also authorized using $300,000 of fund balance for rising insurance premiums and $335,000 for an accessible bus and safety and security upgrades.

This is the plan for all district spending for the school year starting July 2026. Using savings for one-time items can strain the budget in later years.
