$510,000 in staff housing and heating work approved in one consent vote
What happened
On June 19, 2026 the board approved a consent agenda that included a $243,953 staff housing remodel paid from general fund money-market interest, HA Thompson heating, maintenance and air-handler contracts ($98,400, $116,980 and $29,980), and $21,950 in electrical work. Three members voted yes and the chair was absent.
