Four schools get new principals, including Waller High
What happened
On Aug. 13, 2026, the district introduced four new principals, all promoted from assistant or associate principal jobs: Waller High School, Schultz Junior High, H.T. Jones Elementary and Richard T. McReavy Elementary. In June, parents had told the board that the high school's previous principal was put on leave just before graduation without notice to families.
