District plans to empty and sell its Ebenezer office building
What happened
The district is moving the superintendent, special education, curriculum, human resources and business offices out of the Ebenezer building at 900 Mill Rd during 2026-27. The print shop, technology and facilities follow in spring 2027. The goal is to sell the property.
Why it matters to families
The district says it has more space than it needs and gets no state aid for repairs to this building (November 18 and August 4 recordings). Offices are moving to the East Middle campus.
