Financial

What happened

In March 2026 the board adopted a resolution estimating changes in revenue and mills, and posted a notice of intent to raise levies for 2027. In April the superintendent reported a preliminary budget of about $1.29 million. The board adopted the 2026-27 budget at a special 7 a.m. meeting on August 24, 2026.

Why it matters to families

Higher levies mean higher property taxes for district residents. The budget sets how a 73-student district pays for staff, buses and repairs.
