What happened

On May 11, 2026 the board voted 4-0 to revise Logan's local graduation requirements. The July 2026 handbook says students need 24 credits, including at least one advanced, honors, dual-credit or distance-learning course, plus two credits set by the local board.

Why it matters to families

Graduation rules decide which classes high school students must take and when they can finish.

The evidence

May 11, 2026 approved minutes, action item 2: 'Motion to approve the Revision of Local Graduation Requirements ... MOTION CARRIED 4-0.' The May 5 special meeting minutes said the board would update graduation requirements before June 2026. The minutes do not list what changed.
