Staff get a 3% bonus and new raises
What happened
In November 2025, the board gave every employee a one-time bonus of 3% of salary, at least $250. In February 2026 it approved new salary schedules for teachers, classified staff, preschool staff and the assistant principal, back-dated to January 1, 2026.
Why it matters to families
Pay is the biggest part of the budget, and raises help the small district keep its staff.
