What happened

The Board approved new and revised curriculum for the 2026–27 school year, including Advanced Robotics, multiple AP and dual-enrollment offerings, revised ELA, math, science, social studies, world-language, STEAM, and other courses across K–12.

Why it matters to families

The action establishes the instructional offerings and learning expectations students will encounter this school year, including new advanced, college-linked, and elementary course materials or frameworks.

The evidence

The August 24, 2026 minutes in the September 14 attachments state that the Board approved Instructional Agenda Items M.1.a through M.1.c and M.1.e through M.1.f by a 6–0 vote; item M.1.e lists the new and revised curriculum, including Advanced Robotics, AP Computer Science, AP Physics, dual-enrollment courses, elementary ELA and Spanish, mathematics, science, and social studies.
