Voters approve $82 million new PreK-8 school
What happened
On September 15, 2026, voters passed all four new school questions. The new school passed 662-132. Three local add-ons also passed: an extra gym ($3.4 million), rooms for babies to age 3 ($2.4 million) and sturdier finishes ($323,060).
Why it matters to families
One new school for ages 0 to grade 8 will replace Manson Park, Vickery and Warsaw. The state pays for the base school, about $75.8 million. Local taxes pay for the add-ons.
