Ouray raises base teacher salary to $50,000
What happened
On May 18 and June 22, 2026 the board approved 2026-27 pay schedules built on a new $50,000 base salary, and raised substitute pay to $170 a day. The early childhood level 1 starting salary was raised from $25,000 to $30,000 at a board member's request.
