Families report lead concerns during construction at Chinese Immersion School

What happened

Parents told the Board that testing found lead in playyards at Chinese Immersion School at DeAvila while lead-paint removal and waterproofing work continued during the school year, and asked SFUSD to pause the work and clean affected areas.
