A search firm helped the board run a search from January to April 2026, with four finalists interviewed on April 14. By June 22 the board was honoring Dr. Celine Wicks on her way out and meeting the new superintendent, Kristin Drury, who attended the June 24 retreat as incoming superintendent and led the district by August.
