What happened

On June 22, 2026 the board approved the Facilities Master Plan request for qualifications (RFPQ) after hearing from Neenan, a design-build firm, and reviewing facilities survey results. In February it created a facilities steering committee, approved kitchen project purchases for summer 2026 and a server-room HVAC unit. On March 2 it approved a $14,287 elementary HVAC bid from Plains Heating. An auxiliary gym rendering and quote were discussed April 27.

Why it matters to families

A master plan decides which buildings get fixed or built, and in what order, so it shapes years of spending. No cost or construction vote has been recorded yet; the plan is at the planning stage.

The evidence
