TVCA's own board dissolved; school now run by a five-school network board
What happened
On June 16, 2026, the TVCA board voted to dissolve Treasure Valley Classical Academy, Inc., effective July 1, 2026. The school became TVCA LLC under American Classical Schools of Idaho (ACSI). ACSI's board also oversees four other classical charter schools and meets on the last Wednesday of each month, often in Boise or by Zoom.

Decisions about TVCA's budget, staff and policies are now made by a network board, not a board focused only on this school. Families who want to give public comment should follow ACSI's meetings.

Approved June 16, 2026 minutes, item 10.6: resolution to conditionally dissolve TVCA, Inc., effective July 1, 2026, passed unanimously. May 19 minutes: resolution to transfer from Inc. to LLC adopted. July 29 ACSI minutes approve changing TVCA bank accounts from 'TVCA Inc. to TVCA LLC.' The TVCA website now points to acs-id.org for board records after June 30, 2026.
