School starts a building repair plan as gym ceiling and hail damage pile up
What happened
In March 2026 the board accepted $10,000 from the Carrell grant group to have Stahly Engineering write a capital improvement plan listing the building's needs. Since then the board has dealt with hail damage, a leaking wood shop and gym ceiling problems. A draft of the plan was set for review on October 20, 2026.

The plan will decide which repairs to the only school building come first and how they get paid for.
