Funding structure, how it compares to peers, and where major projects stand.

What the official records establish
The elected Board governs districtwide budgets, contracts, staffing and policy. Kentucky state aid, local taxes and restricted grants support district operations. The collected agendas identify KETS and SFCC assistance, school allocations, budgets and tax-rate proposals but do not provide an adopted per-pupil spending figure or final funding totals.
Technology assistance was scheduled
The January 8 agenda proposed accepting a $7,216 KETS offer and a separate SFCC offer without an amount. These are proposals in the collected agenda.
Current technology rules are documented
The April student-device policy restricts use during instruction and requires guardian return of confiscated devices. The July electronic-media policy requires responsible AI procedures.
Budget and tax decisions lack action records
September 14 and 28 agendas scheduled working-budget and tax-rate items; no final rates or vote outcomes appear in the collected sources.
An item titled “Approve” is proposed business, not evidence that the Board approved it.
