Board adopts 2026-27 budget with new bus and 3% raises
What happened
The board adopted its 2026-27 budget on June 16, 2026. The preliminary budget approved in May included buying a new bus and a 3% pay raise for employees. In May the board also said it had missed the deadline for the Truth in Taxation process this year.
Why it matters to families
The budget sets what the district can spend next year. Missing Truth in Taxation means the district could not seek a property tax increase above the state-set rate this year.
