What happened

The 2026-27 LCAP says test scores rose on the 2025 California Dashboard, with Green in English and science and Yellow in math. Two measures fell to Orange: English learner progress dropped 11 points, and the share of graduates rated college- or career-prepared fell from 53.8% to 50.4%.

Why it matters to families

These are the areas the school says it will work on next. The plan promises more English language support, college and career options, career courses and dual enrollment.

The evidence

The LCAP's Reflections: Annual Performance section states the English Learner Progress Indicator declined by 11 percentage points (Orange) and the College/Career Indicator declined from 53.8% to 50.4% prepared (Orange). It also reports chronic absenteeism of 0.6% and a 93.6% graduation rate.
