Board sets rules for the LCIS aquatic center as a separate entity

What happened
On August 10 the board approved Resolution 27-06, 'LCSD BOE Parameters on Aquatic Center Renovation at LCIS,' 5-0. A community speaker from PB Swims spoke about the pool at public comment.
Why it matters to families
The pool is part of the closed intermediate school. The resolution decides who runs and pays for the pool.
The evidence
August 10 minutes list Resolution NO. 27-06 and the 5-0 vote. A September 28 board slide says Resolution 27-06 'establishes the Aquatic Center as a separate entity that is neither governed nor managed by the district, and the district has no authority over its operations or finances.' The resolution text itself was not collected.
