Board sets $4.0 million property tax request for 2026-27
What happened
After a budget hearing and a tax request hearing on September 14, 2026, the board adopted the 2026-27 budget and set the final property tax request at $4,003,885. In August it had raised its tax asking authority by 7%, saying it might not use the full amount.
