Board member missed required training, costing PCA points

What happened
In August 2026 the superintendent said one board member did not finish the required training hours for 2025-26. She predicted PCA will lose points on the state commission's operational performance rating. It should still meet the standard, but with a score below 100.
Why it matters to families
The state charter commission rates the school partly on board training. Missing it lowers PCA's rating.
The evidence
The August 17, 2026 board minutes say "Due to one Board member not completing all of the required training hours for 25-26, Kylie is predicting that PCA will lose points on the Operational CPF. PCA should still meet the standard but with a lower than 100 score." The minutes do not name the board member.
