Board adds an emailed public-comment option
What happened
The September 9 official agenda allows public comments to be submitted by email at least 24 hours before the meeting. In-person comments remain available; Zoom comments are not accepted.
Why it matters to families
Residents who cannot attend or prefer writing have a documented route to address the board.
The evidence
The notice directs written comments to Executive Assistant [email protected] 12.ca.us. This implements the written-comment access discussed at the August 29 governance workshop.
