Windsor Creek property redevelopment
district sale completed; Town design review pendingWUSD sold the former Windsor Creek Elementary property to Gallaher Community Housing. The buyer is responsible for the housing design, unit count, parking and amenities and must proceed through the Town of Windsor's standard public review and Town Council approval process.
