Budget meeting cancelled when four of five trustees did not show up
What happened
On June 9, 2026 only one trustee came to the board meeting, so it could not be held. That meeting was set to hold public hearings on the 2026-27 LCAP and budget. The board met June 23 and adopted both, a week before the June 30 deadline.
Why it matters to families
Missing a meeting delayed required public hearings on how the school spends about million. Trustee attendance was uneven all year: one member missed five meetings in a row from December to April.
